Membership Consultant

World Gym Mount Gravatt is looking for a highly driven, energetic, and passionate Sales Consultant to help our team get to the next level

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for fitness and an ability to provide exceptional customer service that positively contributes to our membership team in our ever-growing Super-club

Your roles as Sales / Membership Consultant will include:

- Starting new members on their fitness journey's
- Driving and motivating yourself and your team to hit targets
- Coming up with new and fun ideas to generate leads ie: Referrals, outreach, etc.
- Creating an efficient, inspired, and motivating environment for you and the Membership team
- Hitting KPIs of your own
- Tracking daily activity
- Achieving monthly targets set by the manager or owner
- Foster a transparent & achievement-orientated culture
- Minimum 3 years experience in the customer service industry
- Membership sales experience
- Experience large volume phone calls and call drives
- A passion for Health and Fitness
- Proven performance and track record of achieving KPIs
- The ability to work cohesively in a close-knit team
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
