Your role at St John of God Health Care
You will be critically involved in a number of Accounting/Finance process changes within Record to Report, Plan to Perform, Procure to Pay streams, and will use project management disciplines to assure successful changes.

The Position

  • Engages with Finance stakeholders to gather and document current and proposed state business processes.
  • Develops and documents requirements so as to enable process change.
  • Analyses and documents possible solutions to complex business problems / issues.
  • Analyses and understands current business processes and determining best practice possible solutions and validating those solutions with key stakeholders.
  • Assists in designing and developing business cases to support project justification for approvals from appropriate committees and providing consultancy services on projects and work packages.
  • Assists in the production of test cases, test scripts, training materials, quick reference guides and communications as necessary.

You will have a minimum three (3) years' experience in a Business Analyst position with knowledge and experience of Project Management disciplines. You will be results orientated, with the ability to provide consultancy level BA services, in addition to demonstrating a customer-centric approach with the ability to bring about business improvements whilst engaging, influencing and negotiating with stakeholders from all levels.

To succeed, you will possess a Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.

We can offer you

  • Salary $124,196 to 137,946 per annum plus 12% Superannuation
  • 12-month fixed term contract commencing November 2025, working 76 hours a fortnight
  • Located in Perth CBD Kings Square office
