We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a major Composable ERP across Dynamics 365 and SAP ECC, in partnership with EPI-USE.

The program will follow a staggered delivery approach, starting with Finance, then Asset Management, and later Supply Chain.

This role will work closely with Finance teams to map current processes ("as-is"), define future-state processes ("to-be"), and ensure alignment with an SAP framework while leveraging Dynamics capabilities. You'll play a key role in driving process change, facilitating collaboration, and respectfully challenging stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Finance stakeholders to conduct process mapping, using SAP frameworks to guide Dynamics ERP processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process change and ensure alignment with the overall ERP roadmap.
  • Facilitate workshops, challenge assumptions, and make thoughtful recommendations to optimise business processes.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within Finance ERP systems, working directly with finance teams.
  • Strong background in ERP transformation programs – ideally across Dynamics 365 and SAP ECC.
  • Demonstrated ability in process mapping and business process reengineering.
