Business Analyst – HR - Learning Management System (LMS)

We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Learning Management Systems (LMS) or HR technology projects. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of internal and external training for a leading organisation.

What you'll do

  • Engage with stakeholders to draw out requirements for a new Learning Management System.
  • Analyse existing processes and design improved workflows to support both employee and external training.
  • Prepare documentation to support the business case and funding submission.
  • Assist in evaluating solutions and vendors during the RFP stage.
  • Build a clear foundation for future implementation

What you bring

  • Solid track record as a Business Analyst on HRIS and/or LMS
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and capture details from diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation skills (requirements, process maps, business cases).
  • Experience contributing to vendor evaluations or procurement processes.
