Your new role

Business Analyst - LMS Implementation Project

Location: North of River

Flexible Working: Hybrid working arrangement

As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for scoping and supporting the LMS Discovery phase and implementation. You will work closely with a third-party vendor responsible for design and delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Gathering and documenting requirements for the new LMS platform.
  • Collaborating with HR stakeholders, content owners, and technology teams.
  • Acting as a liaison between internal teams and the external vendor.
  • Supporting the Project Manager and HR Systems & Analytics Manager throughout delivery.

  • Proven experience in LMS platform or HR system implementation projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt as the project evolves.
