We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Contract) with strong Oracle HCM & Payroll implementation expertise to join a dynamic program team. This role will focus on ensuring smooth delivery of payroll transformation projects while engaging stakeholders across finance and operations.

Client Details

Our client is a leading energy infrastructure and services organisation with a strong presence across Australia. They are delivering a major Oracle HCM & Payroll transformation program and are seeking a Business Analyst on a contract basis to ensure successful delivery and team alignment.

Description

  • Lead business analysis for Oracle HCM & Payroll implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops and manage communication between client and vendor.
  • Map business requirements to technical solutions across agile/waterfall frameworks.
  • Analyse and improve financial cost structures within payroll systems.
  • Support traceability of requirements through design, build, and test phases.
  • Document business processes, requirements, and system changes.
  • Ensure alignment with project milestones and April go-live targets.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Profile

A successful Senior Business Analyst should have:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst on ERP/Payroll projects.
  • Proven track record with Oracle HCM & Payroll implementations.
  • Strong understanding of financial cost structures.
  • Skilled in facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience across agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to simplify complexity.
  • Team-first approach with ambition and drive.
  • Available for a 9-12 month contract.
