We are seeking a
skilled Business Analyst specialising in Cyber Identity and Access Management (IAM)
to coordinate cutting-edge security initiatives and bridge the gap between technology and business goals. This role is ideal for experienced professionals eager to advance IAM maturity within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

About the Role

As the IAM Business Analyst, you will:

  • Liaise with business leaders, IT teams, and security professionals to understand and define IAM requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather stakeholder feedback.
  • Document and analyze existing IAM processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Create process flow diagrams and visual aids to communicate complex IAM concepts.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and actionable user stories.
  • Assess and mitigate risks associated with IAM changes and policy updates.
  • Support project planning, execution, documentation, and reporting on IAM initiatives.
  • Deliver stakeholder presentations and facilitate knowledge sharing on IAM best practices.
  • Stay current on IAM technology trends and regulatory requirements, sharing strategic insights.

Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years' business analysis experience, with at least 1 year in IAM or cybersecurity.
  • Proven success managing IAM requirements and projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, able to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio, ).
  • Experienced with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Solid understanding of IAM principles, regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, COBIT), and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with IAM platforms (e.g., Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Okta).
  • Knowledge of cloud-based IAM solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Google Workspace).
  • Understanding of identity governance, administration, and analytics.
  • Exposure to DevOps and Agile delivery methodologies.
