About the Role:What you'll achieve:
  • Maintain process documentation for the administrative team
  • Executive support services for management and broader team meetings
  • Coordination of workflows that promote efficiency to ensure optimal outputs
  • Manage end to end recruitment process for new cardiology fellows in liaison with MWU and Department Director
  • Monitor and track peripheral clinic data, liaising with billings and payroll to ensure timely payments to consultants for peripheral clinics
Your skills and experience:
  • Appropriate qualification in business administration and/or subsequent relevant experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial and analytical knowledge
