CITE Alliance Victoria is inviting applications for the position of Administration Assistant.

The Administration Assistant, CITE Alliance Victoria is appointed by the CITE Alliance Victoria Board to assist the Director in the collaboration with CITE Alliance Victoria stakeholders to enable the formation of Christian Pre-service Teachers (PSTs)/Trainee Teachers, within a Christ-centered community.

The Administration Assistant will be responsible for managing multiple calendars, including those for school terms, tertiary providers, and Board members. The role also includes document management, marketing support, and Board support, such as preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items. From time to time, the Administration Assistant will also assist in the organisation of events, including Business Manager information sessions, expos, graduations, and Board meetings.
