  • We are seeking an energetic, self-driven enterprise software executive to be the primary point of contact and Alliance Manager for our Strategic Alliances. You will be responsible for increasing our footprint and growth for integrated solutions developed on partner platform, establishing Minfy as a trusted Cloud Managed Services provider, and facilitating long-term, value-based relationships through direct engagement with decision makers, strategic account plan development, and personalized, one-to-one marketing.
  • To support the digital business units strategic partnerships head, we are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial candidate who will take on responsibilities and accelerate Go-To-Market activities with some of our existing Cloud partners, OEM's and also assist the partnerships head in partner activities.
  • We are looking for an engineer and a management graduate with minimum 4-10 yrs of experience in the Engineering/Technology services industry and possessing at least 2-4 yrs of experience in managing partnerships and growth with MS Azure , AWS , HP, VMware, Dell and other software /hardware OEM's.
  • You will work in a fast-paced environment that is on the leading-edge of digital technology solutions and market trends. You will be responsible to put forth growth plans to increase revenues through Cloud/OEM platform partnerships, manage relationship with the Cloud/OEM platform partner managers, manage partner portals as an admin, update leads and opportunities and interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders to close/win deals. You will also keep track of training and certifications of associates in cloud platforms and engage with solution and technology studio leaders and learning & department functions.
  •  You are expected to convey the right strategic approach to move or progress from one tier to the other in the partnership journey with the cloud providers and activate execution channels and implement actions on time to ensure tier level progression and revenue generation.
  • You should possess an ability to network, build relationships, and explain the value proposition of our digital technologies. You should also have sales or marketing experience and should have been in customer-facing situations in the recent past
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key executives within assigned partners and prepare various vertical market strategies to enhance growth
  • Work closely with internal stakeholder teams to build positive relationships and strong engagement between alliances, field sales teams, Business teams and solution/Product teams.
  • Participate with Alliance partners in various industry events and conferences, provide presentations and have knowledge of our product portfolio to enhance partnership engagement and enhance growth in sales
  • Maintain and update knowledge on all new technology in business and participate in trainings and professional meetings for same
  • Develops strategic plans with the partner to grow the size of the business and company's share
  • Run enablement programs and help build service practices, competency and capability
  • Deepen relations with partners by looking at opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Monitor market trends and competitor's activities
  • Re-evaluate current approaches and suggesting and/or implementing new ideas,
  • looking into the future to create innovative and unconventional solutions, and working
  • with others to generate multiple ideas in a structured way
  • Develop a feedback loop to ensure constantly improving experience for partner


Requirements
  • Preferably from Digital / Data (AWS/Azure/VMware) space with experience in partnership and alliances roles
  • A consistent track record of signing partnerships across geographies.
  • Knowledge of GTM (Go-to-market) planning and Enterprise sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Partner alliance creation as well as maintenance process.
  • Aware of bid and sales process.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey issues
  • clearly, and concisely
