Position Details:
Full-time (38 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Office-based in Bayswater, Victoria

You'll be responsible for:
• General office administration and support including answering incoming calls
• Manage day-to-day office operations including keeping the workspace tidy and organised
• Handle office supply inventory and ordering
• Perform regular grocery shopping for office kitchen and team needs
• Process incoming mail and correspondence
• Maintain accurate filing systems (both digital and physical)
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense tracking
• Support team events and gatherings with logistics and arrangements
• Assist with travel arrangements for field teams when required
• Perform general administrative duties as needed to ensure smooth office functioning
What we're looking for:
• At least 1 year of administrative experience with strong Microsoft Office 365 skills
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach to confidential matters
• Outstanding organisational abilities with keen attention to detail
• Effective time management and prioritisation skills
• A positive, reliable and punctual work ethic
• Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
