They are now seeking a Program Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and operations for a suite of critical customer-facing technology platforms - including Dynamics CRM, Salesforce Sales & Marketing Cloud, web content management, registry systems and other customer experience technologies.
The opportunity In this role, you'll shape and execute the long-term strategy for a multi-platform digital ecosystem that underpins customer engagement, operational efficiency and business performance across the organisation. You will:
- Lead the strategy, roadmap and operations for major customer platforms spanning CRM, marketing automation, web content management, registry systems, and customer portals.
- Partner deeply with senior stakeholders, understanding their processes, challenges and ambitions to co-create technology solutions that unlock business value.
- Oversee the performance, maintenance, cyber posture, risk and continuous improvement of the platform portfolio.
- Drive project delivery across multiple initiatives concurrently, ensuring alignment to scope, budget and timelines.
- Lead a team of four direct reports, plus cross-functional contributors, fostering a culture of accountability, performance and outcomes.
- Optimise resource planning, uplift capability, and support the professional development of your team.
- Be a key contributor to a passionate digital, technology and data leadership group focused on shaping meaningful, customer-centric change.

Core Technical Skills
- Minimum 5+ years in program, portfolio or project management, with at least 2 years managing teams in technology delivery.
- Experience managing multi-system digital portfolios, ideally customer or enterprise platforms.
Knowledge of CRM, marketing, web CMS or business automation technologies, specifically:
Salesforce
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Sitecore or Sitefinity
- Workato, Power Platform, PowerBI
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, ServiceNow, risk, audit and IT general controls.
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies (PRINCE2 or similar).
