We're looking for an ambitious Sales Development Manager to join our growing team and help drive sales across Australia, particularly in the construction, mining, automotive, and commercial sectors.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Build long-term client relationships through ongoing communication and site visits.
  • Represent BlazeCut at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Work closely with our technical and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • A passion for sales and the fire suppression or safety industry (experience preferred).
  • A driven, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of organisation.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • A valid Australian driver's licence.
