We advise clients across agribusiness, mining services, food production, and transport. As a Senior Associate in our Disputes & Litigation team, you will take a leading role in managing a broad range of complex litigation matters. You will work closely with Directors, contribute to strategic decisions, and have meaningful carriage of files — all while mentoring junior lawyers and building strong client relationships. This role is ideal for a confident litigator who is looking to grow within a dynamic team while maintaining balance and flexibility in their day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely, practical legal advice across a broad range of commercial disputes.
• Undertake legal research and analyse relevant information and evidence, accurately identifying relevant issues and implications.
• Competently and efficiently draft advice and other legal documents clearly, concisely, in plain English, and to an appropriate professional standard, in line with client requirements.
• Client-facing role – foster and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and guide junior lawyers within the team.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the practice.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years PAE accrued within disputes & litigation.
• Experience across both advisory and litigation roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills: commercial and strategic.
• Providing solution-based responses to client issues.
• Tech Literate: comfortable with change and able to embrace the latest technology.
• Proven ability to motivate and manage a team, as well as to work independently.
• Able to adhere to job and client timelines.
• Current admission to practice law in Australia is required.
• Valid Australian work visa or work authorisation is required.
