City Cave is Australia's leading wellness franchise, dedicated to helping people feel their best through float therapy, infrared saunas, and massage. We're seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our corporate team and take ownership of paid campaigns, member communications, and marketing reporting for our corporate locations.

About the Role

This part-time role (2.5 days per week) is perfect for a proactive marketer who thrives on execution, analysis, and collaboration. You'll play a key role in driving lead generation, membership growth, and centre utilisation through strategic digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

1. Paid Digital Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
  • Drive lead generation, membership growth, and centre utilisation
  • Actively monitor campaigns and adjust strategies for maximum ROI

2. Campaign Reporting & Analysis

  • Deliver weekly campaign reviews (Tuesdays at HQ) and monthly reports
  • Analyse trends, track ROI, and provide actionable recommendations
  • Use data-driven insights to guide marketing decisions

3. Member Communications (EDMs)

  • Develop, design, and distribute engaging monthly EDMs to all members
  • Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and promotes services
  • Nurture member loyalty through thoughtful, targeted communications

4. Collaboration & Creative Alignment

  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager (Tim) to ensure campaigns meet brand and business objectives
  • Collaborate on creative ideas while owning execution

5. Proactivity & Responsiveness

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and test new strategies
  • Quickly act on underperforming campaigns and provide timely recommendations to leadership
About You
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including paid campaigns and EDMs
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting & ROI tracking
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, responsive, and results-driven

Desirable:

  • Experience in the health, wellness, or lifestyle industry
  • Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
