We're looking for a creative and purpose-drivenLoyalty Marketing Specialist to join our Lotteries team. If you love crafting engaging campaigns, analysing churn, and building loyalty experiences that keep supporters coming back, this could be your next move.

You'll lead multi-channel retention and loyalty strategies – across online channels, SMS, and direct mail, using data to pinpoint attrition points, improve supporter journeys, and deliver stronger results. This is a performance-focused role where commercial outcomes and social impact go hand in hand.

What You'll Do

  • Design and deliver loyalty strategies that analyse attrition, reduce churn, and improve the supporter experience across our membership program
  • Plan and optimise campaigns across channels to engage, retain, and grow members
  • Champion the loyalty brand, ensuring clear, compelling, and consistent messaging across all channels
  • Experiment and learn by testing loyalty levers with product and tech, using insights to enhance member engagement
  • Manage the lifecycle calendar, reporting on performance, optimising campaigns, and delivering promotions and offers with stakeholders
  • Use data to drive decisions, leveraging CRM and BI tools (e.g. Braze, Power BI) to understand behaviour, track churn, and guide strategy
  • Maximise ROI, ensuring budgets are managed effectively and every initiative balances member value with commercial outcomes
  • Collaborate and influence, building positive stakeholder relationships and contributing to a supportive, high-performance culture

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in loyalty, retention, lifecycle, or growth marketing, ideally in a subscription or membership context
  • Proven ability to analyse churn data and design interventions that improve tenure and LTV
  • Strong skills in CRM (Braze or similar), analytics (Power BI/Excel), and data-led decision making
  • Experience in loyalty program design, with a test-and-learn mindset to drive ROI and continuous improvement
