THE ROLE: CLIENT DIRECTOR
We're searching for an exceptional Client Director
– a senior leader who will own and grow a portfolio of key client relationships. You'll be the trusted partner for clients, translating business objectives into multi-channel strategies that harness the full breadth of our digital services—from creative and paid media to SEO, CRM, influencer, and beyond.
As Client Director, you'll lead teams, oversee delivery excellence, and ensure partnerships consistently drive measurable business results. You'll also mentor and develop client leadership talent within the agency, setting the standard for strategic thinking, client service, and execution.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Client Leadership & Strategy
- Act as the senior day-to-day lead for key clients, ensuring campaigns meet and exceed objectives
- Build trusted, long-term partnerships that position the agency as a strategic advisor, not just a supplier
- Lead client strategy across creative, paid media, SEO, CRM, influencer, and programmatic channels
- Develop and present quarterly and annual growth strategies tied to client business outcomes
- Proactively identify growth opportunities, including cross-sell and up-sell of services
- Ensure performance reporting is insightful and commercially focused, not just metric-driven
- Manage escalations quickly and effectively, protecting relationships and outcomes
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and inspire a team with coaching, feedback, and career development
- Oversee the quality of all client outputs—strategies, campaign plans, briefs, and reports
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of client services talent
- Build a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement
Commercial Growth & Profitability
- Own the commercial health of your client portfolio, ensuring profitability, revenue growth, and retention
- Collaborate with leadership on account growth plans and revenue targets
- Lead pitches and proposals for client expansions, supported by channel experts
- Contribute to new business efforts by showcasing results, case studies, and market expertise
Agency & Industry Contribution
- Champion integration of data, technology, and creativity to elevate work quality
- Stay across industry trends and competitor activity, bringing innovation into client strategies
- Share knowledge internally via workshops, training, and thought leadership sessions
- Represent the agency at client events, networking functions, and industry forums
KPIs
- Client Performance:
Achievement of client KPIs (ROAS, CPA, engagement, brand growth), client retention, NPS scores - Client Growth:
% revenue growth from existing clients (cross-sell, up-sell, new service adoption) - Team Development:
Retention, progression, and feedback on leadership effectiveness - Operational Excellence:
% of work delivered on time and error-free, adoption of best practices
YOUR EXPERTISE ARSENAL
- Deep knowledge of performance marketing across multiple channels (paid media, SEO, CRM, influencer, programmatic, creative)
- Proven ability to translate client business goals into integrated strategies and measurable results
- Strong commercial acumen and portfolio management experience
- Experience leading and mentoring high-performing client services teams
- Ability to navigate and resolve complex client challenges with a solutions-first mindset
