This November, we're lighting up the new Cherub Hall — the heart of Little Creatures Fremantle — with wood-fired grills, rotisseries, pizza ovens, and a menu that celebrates bold flavours and local produce.
We're on the hunt for culinary creatures who can take the heat and keep the good times rolling. We're looking for a Sous Chef who thrives in the fire and brings calm to the chaos, and a Chef de Partie who's ready to run their own section with pride — this is your chance to help shape a buzzing, beer-loving kitchen. Think hand-stretched dough, house-cured meats, and seasonal ingredients — all made in-house, all made with love.

What you'll be doing
As a Sous Chef, you'll:
Take a leadership role in the kitchen with precision and prideSupport the Head Chef with daily operations, training, and team developmentCraft menus using seasonal, local ingredients — from house-cured meats to hand-stretched doughMaintain high standards of food quality, safety, and consistencyAs a Chef de Partie, you'll:
Run your own section with pride and precisionCraft dishes using seasonal, local ingredientsWork with wood-fired grills, rotisseries, and pizza ovensBring bold flavours and creative flair to the plateWhat you'll bring
For Sous Chef:
3–5 years' experience in a fast-paced, produce-driven kitchenProven leadership skills and a collaborative spiritExpertise across all areas of the kitchenA sharp palate, a cool head under pressure, and a passion for flavourFor Chef de Partie:
