We’re on the hunt for a passionate, experienced, and energetic Food & Beverage Manager to join our dynamic crew at The Wray Hotel—a Fremantle favourite known for great food, cold beer, epic giveaways, and good vibes.

About Us:
The Wray is a buzzing pub with a loyal local following and a reputation for fun. From Karaoke Wednesdays and Steak night Thursdays, to Sunday Roasts with live music and 18 beers on tap (Swan’s always flowing), we bring the good times every day of the week. Our menu is fresh, fun, and ever-evolving—think ‘Mount Everest Dumplings’, silly wings, and a new gelato line called Flavours of Milan.

The Role:
As Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll be the glue between the kitchen, bar, and floor teams—leading from the front to deliver consistently excellent service and experiences for our guests. You’ll work closely with ownership to shape menus, boost revenue, and keep The Wray at the top of its game.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Overseeing day-to-day F&B operations
- Leading, training & motivating the team
- Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation
- Working with the head chef and bar manager to innovate menus and specials
- Managing stock, budgets, and suppliers
- Implementing promotions and events to drive business
- Upholding compliance with RSA, health & safety, and licensing regulations

You’ll Bring:

- prior experience in a similar management role
- A hands-on leadership style and calm under pressure
- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and customer service standards
- A genuine love for hospitality and people
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as needed
- A current RSA and approved manager’s card (or willingness to obtain)
