**About the role**

Zephyr Cafe in East Fremantle is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our riverside cafe.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage all aspects of cafe and restaurant operations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall performance of the business
- Effectively communicate with the team, monitor staff performance, and provide coaching and training as needed
- Planning menus in consultation with Chefs and organizing special functions
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with the head chef to curate and update the menu, ensuring it aligns with customer preferences and industry trends

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience as a Cafe or Restaurant Manager, preferably in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills** to build relationships with customers, staff
- **Ability to multitask and work under pressure** to maintain a high level of service
- **Passion for the hospitality industry** and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
