At Swyftx, we're on a mission to build a more open and accessible financial system, one that empowers the next generation of wealth builders, savers, borrowers, and businesses. With over 1.2 million business and retail clients, we've grown into one of APAC's leading digital asset platforms, and now we're taking things further by bridging the worlds of crypto and traditional finance. If you're excited by big challenges, real impact, and a team that does things differently you'll fit right in.

Swyftx is on the hunt for a dedicated People & Culture Manager to drive our P&C function and champion our core values.

This isn't just about managing HR processes; it's about being a strategic partner, a trusted advisor, and a culture champion who helps every Swyftx employee succeed. You'll lead a team, partner with leaders across the business, and create initiatives that make Swyftx an incredible place to work.

What You'll Be Doing

As our People & Culture Manager, you'll be at the heart of our employee experience, from start to finish. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading Your Team: Oversee the P&C team's day-to-day activities, providing continuous feedback and empowering them to grow and excel in their roles.
  • Driving Strategy: Align the P&C strategy with our company's overall goals and ensure key initiatives are executed to achieve wider business objectives.
  • Shaping Culture: Partner with leaders to drive a high-performance culture, act as an advocate for our Swyftx values, and ensure they are woven into all people activities.
  • Enhancing the Employee Experience: Lead core P&C activities that enrich our culture, including managing employee performance, leading bonus and remuneration reviews, creating engagement initiatives, and building career pathways.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with department managers to address concerns, develop action plans, and support matters involving underperformance or misconduct.
  • Optimising Operations: Oversee the creation and maintenance of P&C policies, identify training needs, and manage the adoption of P&C systems to streamline processes.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor and analyse key people metrics like hiring analytics, retention, and employee satisfaction to inform strategic decisions.
  • Office Management: Ensure our office is maintained to a high standard, handling maintenance requests and vendor relations as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • A Proven Leader: You have demonstrated experience in a generalist HR or senior talent role, with a strong grasp of contemporary HR practices.
  • Exceptional Communicator: You possess advanced written and verbal communication skills and can adapt your style to suit different audiences.
  • Empathetic and Proactive: You have a strong understanding of the employee perspective and are driven to improve satisfaction and engagement. You are flexible and adaptable to the evolving needs of the business.
  • Strategic Thinker: You have a creative mind and are results-driven, with a long-term vision for how to build a world-class P&C function.
  • Collaborative Partner: You have a proven background in delivering a high level of service to stakeholders at all levels, with solid stakeholder and priority management skills.

Some of our perks and benefits include:

  • Fully stocked kitchen, breakfast and lunch foods, unlimited fresh fruit and snacks.
  • An inhouse barista and weekly catered lunches on a Wednesday.
  • Unlimited fee-free trading.
  • Career growth, training, mentorship, and development opportunities.
  • Social activities, game breaks and end of month awards.

At Swyftx, we're not just building a diverse and dynamic environment; we're celebrating it. We value and embrace the unique experiences, qualities, and characteristics that each member of our team brings, and we're committed to cultivating an inclusive workspace where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to do their best work.
