About the Opportunity
The SWSLHD Diagnostic Medical Imaging Department is seeking a confident & dedicated Administration Officer who will be working with the admin team, Radiographers, Nurses, Managers & Staff Specialists in providing excellent administration support to the entire department and provide a high standard of admin support to our Inpatient/ Outpatient Services including all clinics, women's health & GP services.

As an Administrative Officer, you will provide frontline clerical and reception support, helping manage patient bookings, updating calendars, and ensuring accurate data entry in systems like Cerner eMR and Karisma. You'll also assist with patient enquiries and support billing and hospital compliance processes.

Liverpool Hospital, founded in 1813, is the major health service for south-western Sydney, offering a wide range of state-wide services including critical care and trauma, neonatal intensive care, and brain injury rehabilitation. - Medical Terminology Certificate required and experience in Radiology Typing with minimum 45wpm.
- Experience working in a similar administrative role in a healthcare setting environment, including reception, bookings, and telephone enquiries as an effective team member.
- Demonstrated computer skills particularly Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry, with knowledge of RIS/PACS, Medicare & eMR.
- Comprehension of the need of accuracy in all documentation skills with ability to prioritise and schedule workload.
