We're looking for a passionate and experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead our front desk team full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role at one of our most picturesque resort locations, with a supportive team culture and great employee benefits.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead and inspire the front office team to consistently deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience for all guests
  • Support daily operations with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Mentor and develop team members to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Respond to guest feedback with a proactive and solution-focused approach
What You'll Bring
  • Proven leadership experience in a front office or similar supervisory role
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • A solid background in hospitality, ideally within a hotel or resort environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
