An incredible opportunity has arisen for experienced Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our incredible team This is a role where you will lead from the front line of operations for our multiple restaurants, bars and banquets department.

**Your day to day**
- Supervise and guide our Food and Beverage team in all aspects of the daily operation providing the necessary assistance where required
- Provide on-the-job training and education to ensure our colleagues are provided with Room to have a Great Start and Room to Grow
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Execute and coordinate conference and event functions
- Coordinate the administration of procedures relating to menu changes, ordering forms, stocktake, bookings run-sheet

**What we need from you**
- Supervisory experience within a cafe, restaurant, function or hotels environment
- Strong customer service focus
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of personal grooming and professionalism
- Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Exceptional time management skills
- Supportive and leadership skill set
