We are seeking a
skilled and motivated Service Engineer
to join our
dedicated service team
and support customers in Western Australia.

About the Role

As a Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the performance, safety, and reliability of a range of medical and laboratory equipment. This is a hands-on role involving:

  • Installation, servicing and repair of medical, laboratory, and sterilisation/disinfection equipment
  • Preventive maintenance, scheduled servicing, fault diagnostics and call-outs
  • Providing technical support and training to clients on-site
  • Maintaining accurate service documentation and following quality procedures
  • Working across the Perth Metropolitan area, with occasional travel to regional WA

You'll be part of a small, experienced team that values quality service, customer satisfaction, and professional growth.

About You

You'll bring technical expertise, initiative, and excellent customer service skills to the role. We are looking for someone who has:

  • A degree in Biomedical or Electronic Engineering OR a relevant technical/trade qualification
  • Proven experience servicing and repairing medical or laboratory equipment (sterilisation equipment experience highly regarded)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer training abilities
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate service records and documentation
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
  • Flexibility to travel regionally when required
