We are now seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Manager to join our Brisbane team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of the leasing function with an existing residential portfolio and play a key role in delivering outstanding experiences for our tenants.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing the end-to-end leasing process – from advertising and open inspections to securing great tenants.
  • Driving leasing performance by minimising vacancy and ensuring competitive returns.
  • Showcasing our properties across digital and marketing platforms.
  • Building strong relationships with prospective tenants, Building Managers, and our internal teams.
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation and company policies.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing insights on pricing, tenant demand, and competitors.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in residential leasing (high-volume environment highly regarded).
  • Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced role.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • Availability to work Saturdays.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with PropertyMe or similar is an advantage.
