With several projects in the pipeline and an expansion of their rent roll, they are seeking a Leasing Executiveto join their team based in their Fortitude Valley head office. 

This role would be available for either full time or part time basis. 

This role will focus predominately on the administration of new projects and the successful onboarding of new residents alongside the end to end management of all relets. 

This role would suit a property management professional looking for a career pivot. 

The Role

This role plays a critical role in the support a high performing property management division of a premium property developer.

You will handle end to end management of the leasing cycle of both brand new developments through project leasing as well as the relets of existing properties in their growing portfolio.

You will work collaboratively with an internal team to ensure properties are marketed effectively and to maximize the return of investors. 

The role is well supported with trust accounting and a Senior Leasing Lead to allow you the capacity to deliver first class and personalised customer service to your clients.

You will have a strong market understanding and knowledge to be able to deliver strong leasing strategies and lease negotiations. 

This role will include -

  • Communication with various stakeholders including investment owners, tenants and suppliers
  • Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and departments in the delivery of quality property management services
  • High volume project leasing of brand new developments
  • Conducting of Comparative Market Analysis to ensure the best return return for clients
  • Delivery of leasing strategies to clients
  • Conducting of Open Homes and Private Inspections
  • Management of all prospective tenant enquiry
  • Conducting and preparation of rental appraisals
  • Management of low vacancy rates to ensure maximize return to investors

About You

In order to be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated, client focused individual who is willing to work hard and be part of a supportive and collaborative team. You will also require -

  • Current QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Minimum 1 years experience in property management
  • Drivers licence and reliable vehicle
  • Immaculately presented
  • Strong client service skills and a customer focused mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great time management skills
