The Opportunity
We're looking for a skilled Field Service Technician to join our Hendra-based team. This is a permanent, full-time role where you'll install, service, calibrate and repair paint equipment for major suppliers across East Coast Australia. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working with their hands. You'll be the kind of person who takes pride in fixing things, thrives on delivering great customer service, and can work both independently on site and as part of a supportive team. If you're organised, safety-focused, and motivated to learn and grow, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do

  • Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on paint equipment
  • Diagnose and repair faults to ensure safe, efficient operation
  • Interpret manuals, technical drawings and repair instructions
  • Deliver works on time and to contract standards
  • Provide outstanding service and technical advice to clients
  • Assist with quoting and project delivery
  • Work safely and maintain strong communication with your team

About You

  • Experience in technical servicing/maintenance of appliances, equipment or machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals/drawings
  • Hands-on servicing/maintenance experience
  • Current C Class Driver's Licence (manual)
  • Strong computer skills and confidence using mobile apps for work orders
  • Excellent time management, organisation and safety focus
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Australian Citizen, with ability to obtain a police clearance
  • Able to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing
