About The Opportunity
As the Service Delivery Manager your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Ensure that contracted services are delivered in strict compliance with contract obligations, safely, on time, and within budget, meeting customer expectations.
- Interpret contracts, systems, and spreadsheets from the sales team to understand rostering and allocate resources based on the pipeline.
- Maintain strong communication and report to the Service Line Manager.
- Conduct site visits and manage projects as required.
- Liaise with a team of qualified tradespersons and administrative staff to support growth and mentoring.
- Oversee day-to-day service operations, from reactive breakdowns to scheduled maintenance
- Quote, manage, and deliver small works projects
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and grow service offerings
- Maintain, build, and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
- Keep accurate client records on reporting portals.
- Communicate daily with the HVAC team and conduct monthly toolbox talks.
- Collaborate with the HSEQ team and perform regular safety audits on customer sites.
- Assist with the recruitment of technical personnel.
You will have
- A Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent trade qualification)
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience with a solid technical background
- Proven experience in high-volume service operations, with a focus on asset and data management
- Experience leading, mentoring, and supporting field technicians and office staff.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency with project management systems, construction scheduling, Microsoft 365, and other relevant software.
- Confidence with quoting and a commercially minded approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client focus.
- Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
To meet client requirements, this role requires you to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident as well as obtain a police clearance.
