Service Coordinator – Plumbing

About the opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our Plumbing team based at Hendra. Working at our busy HQ, be supported by a great team, in a culture that supports your growth.

What you'll be doing

  • · Coordinating subcontractors and internal technicians to deliver high-quality maintenance and minor works
  • · Tracking job status from start to finish in job management systems and client portals
  • · Managing documentation, photos, compliance forms and job close-outs
  • · Responding to client requests, scheduling needs, and job updates with professionalism
  • · Monitoring and following up on outstanding works to keep things moving
  • · Supporting the on-call roster and providing real-time updates to stakeholders

What you'll bring

  • · Prior experience in a service coordination or administrative support role
  • · Strong attention to detail and time management
  • · Clear communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • · Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • · Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

It's highly advantageous if you have

  • Experience in the construction, building services, or facilities maintenance industry
  • Knowledge of contractor or technician scheduling systems
