Bid Coordinator
to join our Pre-Construction team.

About the Role

As our
Bid Coordinator
, you'll play a key role in managing the end-to-end tender process, from coordinating inputs to crafting polished, professional submissions that stand out.

You'll work closely with our estimators, project teams, and execs to help us win major projects.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and compile tender submissions, EOIs, and RFTs
  • Liaise with internal teams and external consultants
  • Write and edit clear, persuasive, and on-brand content
  • Manage deadlines and tender timelines
  • Maintain our bid library and support marketing efforts

What You Bring

  • 2– 4 years' experience in bid/tender coordination (construction preferred)
  • Excellent written communication and formatting skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident juggling multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Adobe InDesign a bonus)
