**Salary**:
As a **Bid Coordinator**, you will focus on formulating bid presentations, evaluating initial enquiry with the estimating team, collating information using tender templates or customizing tenders, to tracking and managing the process until handing over final bids.

**What else can you expect in this role?**
- You will be part of the Marketing & Estimating team as well as support and collaborate with other teams such as the design team, commercial team and sales team.
- You will use your copywriting skills to create content for project sheets, invitations to tender letters, etc.
- With your bid experience, you will draft & review bid submission content and assist in the development and delivery of all bids and tenders. This includes ensuring all tender documentation is completed and creating submissions that standout.

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Bid experience is an advantage
- Copywriting skills
- You have excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Great attention to detail
