**About this role**:
The key purpose of this role is to coordinate key stakeholders and manage the bid process to assist with the conversion of opportunities. This company is dedicated to providing customer focused building contracting services, specialising in interior fit out and refurbishment. **Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and prepare documentation for tender start up meetings.
- Lead on allocation of resources and manage key deadlines.
- Working in collaboration with Manager on strategy and delivering key messages.
- Assist the Manager and Project delivery teams to create bid content that is clear and concise.
- Coordinate the production of tender submissions, ensuring the process is structured and timely.
- Assist with the drafting of Bid content.
- Prepare client presentations required as part of the bid submission.
- Coordinate stakeholders to participate in regular review meetings, to identify any risks or concerns throughout the bid process.
- Maintain the bid library ensuring all data is up to date and accurate, and quarterly of content.
- Maintain bid and opportunity records in CRM system
- Upload client documentation and final documents into Procore.
- Responsibility for creation and review of team member CV’s, project data sheets, experience tables and bid design templates.
**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred (Marketing, Business Development)
- 1-2 years’ experience in writing and coordinating bids, bid procedures, governance and processes.
- Experience in construction, technology, or professional services with demonstrated expertise in acquiring new business, preferred
- Stakeholder management and engagement skills
- Attention to detail
- Relationship and influencing skills
- Enjoy playing an active role in industry including networking and attending events, and participation on professional membership committees at the appropriate level.
