What You'll Be Doing

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members through regular engagement and follow-up.
  • Celebrate wins, share stories, and keep the community connected and motivated.
  • Identify renewal and growth opportunities through consistent communication.
  • Attend live events and workshops to meet members and capture success stories.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to drive retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
