The Role
We're looking for a
hands-on Growth Marketing Manager
to architect and scale demand generation programs that create predictable pipeline and revenue growth across global markets.
This is not just a strategy role - you will roll up your sleeves to design, execute, and optimize campaigns that connect with diverse audiences, from health-conscious consumers to C-suite decision makers at telcos, corporate wellness providers, loyalty programs, and governments.
You will be at the center of Helfie's growth engine: shaping narratives that resonate across segments, aligning with Sales and Pre-Sales on account prioritization, and building scalable systems for opportunity identification, lead qualification, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth
- Design and run multi-channel campaigns that generate MQLs and SQLs across B2B, and partner segments.
- Own campaign operations: manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns; ensure components around campaigns (emails, landing pages, content offers) are built, tested, and deployed effectively.
- Build ABM programs tightly aligned with sales priorities, ensuring marketing directly fuels target account penetration and deal acceleration.
- Drive full-funnel accountability: from awareness and referrals to qualified pipeline and closed revenue.
Narrative Development & Positioning
- Create unified messaging that speaks across segments.
- Translate complex product capabilities into compelling stories for different buyer and user personas.
- Extend and adapt foundational product marketing messages and basic assets into fully-developed, segment-specific campaign materials - including creating slides, email copy, social content, and sales enablement materials with minimal guidance
Systems & Scaling
- Architect scalable processes for market opportunity mapping, lead scoring, and account targeting.
- Design and orchestrate targeted ABM campaigns for strategic accounts, with emphasis on 1:1 and 1:few approaches.
- Leverage AI and data-driven insights to continuously improve segmentation, personalization, and conversion.
- Establish dashboards and reporting systems to measure CAC, LTV, pipeline velocity, referral rates, and ABM effectiveness.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with Product, Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success to ensure campaigns align with account priorities and customer journeys.
- Provide sales enablement content, playbooks, and training to support enterprise pods globally.
- Collaborate with product and content teams to fuel campaigns with the right assets, thought leadership, and innovation stories.
What Success Looks Like
- Predictable contribution of marketing to pipeline and revenue targets across Enterprise, and Partner channels.
- ABM campaigns directly influencing priority accounts and helping accelerate conversion from pilots to enterprise deals.
- Campaign performance dashboards enabling real-time campaign optimization and reporting to leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or revenue marketing roles (B2B SaaS, health tech, or global consumer growth experience highly valued).
- Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation engines that directly contribute to predictable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Hands-on experience with ABM platforms (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Strong ability to craft narratives and campaigns that resonate with diverse buyer personas (consumer, enterprise, government).
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics, lead scoring, and funnel optimization.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with global ambitions.
