Account Manager, Coffee Roastery

As an Account Manager within our roastery, you'll be the face of our brand, your job is to build and nurture relationships with our wholesale partners across cafés, restaurants, and retailers.
Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of hospitality and customer service experience.
A current driver's licence is essential for this role.
You'll manage existing accounts, onboard new ones, and ensure every partner receives the same exceptional service and quality coffee we're known for. Working closely with our roasting, operations, and marketing teams, you'll help our customers grow and bring our services to more people.

Has experience in hospitality (coffee industry experience highly regarded) and sales, account management, or customer service
- Is a natural relationship builder with strong communication skills
- Is self-motivated, organised, and outcome-driven
