Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Red Health Independent Medical Assessments Full time

Location: Flexible (Work from home)

Employment Type: Full-time

Travel: Regular intra- and interstate travel required

About Red Health

At Red Health, we're redefining excellence in the Australian medico-legal sector. We connect insurers, employers, and legal representatives with the right experts — ensuring clarity, confidence, and quality in every assessment. Our purpose is simple: to make a difference by humanising the medico-legal experience.

We're a rapidly growing, values-driven business that thrives on collaboration, trust, and performance.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Stakeholder Engagement and Growth Manager to join our dynamic SEG Team. This is a key business development role focused on both nurturing existing accounts and building new relationships as we expand nationally.

You will manage existing accounts while also taking ownership of growing a new territory — with the flexibility to shape which state offers the best opportunity for expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients across assigned regions.
  • Recruit new medical specialists to expand Red Health's referral network, while proactively nurturing long-term relationships and provide ongoing support to both new and existing experts.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth in emerging territories.
  • Build strong referral networks and partnerships through strategic engagement.
  • Work autonomously to achieve growth goals while collaborating closely with a geographically dispersed team.
  • Represent Red Health professionally at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
  • Use CRM and reporting tools to monitor performance and drive continual improvement.

About You

You have a self-starter mindset and an entrepreneurial approach, with the discipline to work independently and the initiative to identify and pursue new opportunities. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring creative problem-solving to both individual and team challenges.

You bring:

  • Proven experience managing a territory or portfolio in a business development, stakeholder engagement, or account management role.
  • A demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and deliver commercial results.
  • A willingness and capacity to travel regularly within your region and interstate.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively and participating within the remote, dynamic SEG team
  • Experience in the medical, insurance, or legal sectors (highly regarded but not essential).
  • A commitment to working in alignment with the Red Health purpose and values.

Why Red Health?

  • Work with a fast-growing, purpose-driven organisation making a real impact in the medico-legal industry.
  • Enjoy the autonomy of a remote role with the support of a connected, collaborative team.
  • Be part of a business that recognises and rewards performance and initiative.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and national career development as we expand.

In addition to a purpose-driven culture and opportunities for professional growth, Red Health offers a range of employee benefits designed to support your wellbeing and reward your commitment, including:

  • RDO Scheme (Rostered Days Off) for flexible work-life balance
  • Wellness Leave to support your physical and mental health
  • Loyalty Leave recognising long-term dedication and contribution

How to Apply

If you're ready to make your mark, drive meaningful growth, and work with a team that values integrity, excellence, and collaboration — we'd love to hear from you.

Apply now with your resume and a short cover letter telling us why you're the right fit for Red Health and this exciting role.
