The Role

We're looking for a dynamic Outbound Sales Specialist to join our team and play a key role in generating new business opportunities. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching out via phone, email, and social platforms, and booking qualified meetings for our sales team.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospective customers
  • Identify prospects' needs and qualify leads through discovery conversations
  • Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team
  • Manage and update CRM with lead details and activity logs
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to optimize outreach strategies
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs (calls made, meetings booked, etc.)

Requirements
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and outreach tools
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
