Job Summary

As a Sales Representative at TuffCo, you will play a critical role in identifying customer needs, generating new business opportunities, and strengthening client relationships. This position requires a proactive, goal-oriented professional who is ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage potential customers to expand our market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, measure performance, and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the glass, other manufacturing industry or similar business to business sales
  • In-depth ability to interpret industry standards and regulations.
  • Strong technical understanding of glass manufacturing processes or other industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience collaborating with production or operations teams is a must.
