About the Role

We are seeking a Cosmetic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients – someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and a can-do attitude to every interaction.

While the primary focus of this role is front-of-house reception and administration, there will be some  involvement in light content creation and clinic event support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage appointment bookings, phone calls, and email enquiries
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
  • Support day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth client flow
  • Provide administrative assistance to practitioners and clinic team
  • Assist with capturing behind-the-scenes content for social media
  • Support promotional events and clinic open days as needed
  • Is confident using Instagram and other social platforms

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has previous reception or customer service experience (ideally in beauty, wellness, or healthcare)
  • Presents professionally and communicates clearly
  • Is organised, detail-oriented, and confident with admin systems
  • Is warm, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused setting
  • Is flexible with availability
  • Can travel between Sunnybank and Fortitude Valley clinics
  • Holds a valid driver's licence and has access to a vehicle
  • Has basic knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram
