Zara Investments is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering the chance to work in a fast-paced and future-focused environment where your creativity, strategy, and marketing expertise will directly contribute to the growth of the company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Zara Investments' products, services, and brand. This includes planning campaigns, managing digital marketing channels, creating engaging content, and analysing performance to continuously improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and events
- Create and manage engaging content for the company website, blog, email newsletters, and social media platforms
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to develop marketing materials that effectively communicate our services and solutions
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive lead generation and brand awareness
- Analyse marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
- Coordinate events, webinars, and product launches to promote Zara Investments' capabilities
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints
Key Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
- Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketer, or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise marketing strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative environment
