**The Opportunity**
**Right now we’re looking for an agency-experienced digital marketer that's worked in the B2B space and shares our conviction for leading people, and growing brands.**

We don’t speed date. Which means our clients are long term partners, giving you — the digital marketer — the time to deliver long-term strategies across the platforms you decide. How? Through our annual Powerhouse Partnership.
With our Powerhouse Partnership clients get full access to our team of brand growth specialists for a minimum of 12 months - that means you’ll be working alongside leading strategic marketers, creatives, strategists, storytellers, publicists, and developers to bring our clients' brands to life.
Month-by-month we work with our clients to transform their businesses and leaders into powerhouse brands. This means you will get the opportunity to not only work on B2B brands, but personal brands too.

**The Role**
We’re looking for someone with a high understanding of all things digital, who can self manage the workload and deal directly with our clients. This role would suit someone with a minimum of 4 years experience in agency or freelance settings, working across multiple projects, clients and industries.
We want an experienced all round digital marketer who can help build the brands of tomorrow with us. **Skills and experience**
**Over the years, we’ve collected a team of talented and insanely passionate people to lead our clients’ success through an uncommonly high care factor. Together, we share a drive to do great things and produce powerful outcomes day after day, year after year.**
**We’re looking for the following skills & experience**:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, advertising or a related field
- 4 years + proven working experience & results in digital marketing, particularly with B2B
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO
- Experience in setting up and optimising campaigns on all major ad platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn etc)
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, WordPress etc.)
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
**What you’ll do each day**
