**Job Title**: Marketing Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies to promote our laundry services across digital and traditional platforms.
- Oversee and manage content creation for the company's social media accounts, website, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends within the laundry industry.
- Manage SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on branding and messaging strategies.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on key metrics.
- Organize events, promotions, and partnerships to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments.

**Qualifications Required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, commerce or a related field.

**Work Experience Required**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within the service industry or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing marketing campaigns, digital marketing, and social media platforms.

**Level of Seniority**:

- Mid-level

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize marketing performance.

**Expected Remuneration**:

- AUD 75,000 to AUD 85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
