Marketing Specialist

We are Queensland's leading agent for espresso coffee machines & coffee equipment. We are an independent & service company established since 2000. We service & sell all major brands of coffee machines & grinders for home, office & commercial market. We also sell coffee beans and coffee machine apparatus.

Position Overview:
**About the role**:

- Full Time position as Marketing Specialist.
- Brisbane Based - Business Hours**:Monday to Friday 8-4.30pm**:

- Optional overtime & Saturday work.
- On Annual Salary (Inc Super + Paid Holidays)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Artwork: Create and propose ideas for printed materials, including invoice books, business cards, employees’ uniform, stickers, branded products and more. Organise and quote marketing suppliers, to ensure quality and competitive prices.
- Website Management: Analyse website performance and metrics, to identify gaps that need to be addressed. Addition of new products into the product range, including images, captions, and links. Exclusion of discontinued products on the website. Monitoring sales online, organising orders, and shipment, with fast actions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Data Analysis: Monitoring data from website, social media, and internal system (MYOB), to identify best communication channels, and sales funnel. To analyse sources and check metrics on weekly basis to improve and assure best solutions to deliver higher sales.
- Online Sales: Focus on develop higher sales performance on the website. Deliver quick responses online, including orders and shipment, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Social Media: Assist with creating and posting engaging content on the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote products, services, and company updates, ensuring brand consistency across channels.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus)
- 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in a managerial role
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Monday, HubSpot)
- Budget management experience and ability to track and report on ROI
- Familiarity with branding, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Retail-driven industry knowledge (Coffee, Beans & Coffee Machine experience is a plus)
- QLD driver's license (Manual)
- The confidence & ability to work alone

**Preferred (but not required)**:

- Experience in event planning, influencer partnerships, or public relations
- Fluency in more than one language
- Interest or experience in social media marketing or content creation

Pay: $78,000.00 - $78,200.00 per year
