We are a market leading commercial property group in WA specialising in retail and commercial leasing, management, marketing and sales.
ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE IMMEDIATE START
We have a rare opportunity to join the asset team managing a portfolio including two of Perth's most high-profile retail and commercial buildings in the CBD. Working exclusively with the one client, this position plays a critical role in providing daily administrative and management support to the Senior Property Manager and Facilities Manager.
The role includes managing tenant queries, arranging contractors, processing invoices, compiling monthly reports, attendance at client meetings, liaising with the leasing and marketing departments and general administrative duties.
Strong communication skills and presentation standards as well as a general understanding of mixed-use retail/commercial property are essential in dealing with these premium tenants and stakeholders.
Experience 3+ years in the Retail/Commercial property industry in a similar role is required to fulfill this role.
The following is required:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience on Property Management systems eg, MRI or Cirrus8
- Previous experience with property budgets & cashflow
- Exposure to rent review procedures
- High financial literacy
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Great teamwork ethos
