About the Role

We're looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and partnerships across Australia.

You'll work closely with our English- and Polish-speaking team to develop and implement marketing campaigns that highlight our projects, people, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social, print, events).
  • Manage and update the company's WordPress website with SEO-optimised content.
  • Create and publish content across LinkedIn and Facebook to engage partners and clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleges and trade organisations on joint campaigns and events.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and networking events.
  • Design simple visual assets using Canva or Adobe Express.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics such as engagement, ROI, and lead generation.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, SEO, and social-media management.
  • Familiar with analytics tools and CRM systems.
  • Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Express.
  • Excellent written and verbal English; Polish proficiency highly regarded.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
