Evergreen Home Care – Marketing Specialist

Location: Canterbury NSW

Employment Type: Full-time 38 hours/ week

Salary: $ 75,000-80,000/Year

Role Overview:We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead marketing and channel development initiatives that increase brand awareness, expand referral networks, and attract new clients. This role reports to the General Manager and works closely with the Client Care and Service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop, plan, and implement marketing campaigns across digital channels (social media, email, website) and traditional channels (print, community events) to promote services and attract clients.
  • Channel & Referral Development: Build and manage referral partnerships with hospitals, GPs, NDIS coordinators, and community organisations to support client acquisition and business growth.
  • Promotional Materials: Coordinate the production of marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, flyers, online content) with external designers and suppliers, ensuring alignment with brand values and compliance requirements.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis, monitor campaign performance, and provide insights to support service positioning and strategic planning.
  • Community & Government Engagement: Represent Evergreen at community events, industry forums, and with government stakeholders, raising awareness of aged care and NDIS services.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Client Care, Operations, and Service teams to align marketing initiatives with organisational goals, enhance client satisfaction, and support growth strategies.
  • Education & Advocacy: Support outreach programs and develop educational content for clients, families, and stakeholders to promote awareness and client retention.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum three years' proven experience in marketing, business development, sales, or channel management, with demonstrated success in achieving growth targets and building referral networks.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing and client acquisition strategies across both digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong skills in building partnerships with referral sources
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Proven analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Highly motivated, organised, and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of the aged care and NDIS sector is an advantage.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin to effectively engage with our Chinese-speaking aged care and NDIS clients is highly regarded.
