Craigmore Group is recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing business within the events and hire industry. This is a dynamic position focused on building and maintaining client relationships, driving new business, and delivering outstanding service to existing customers. You'll manage the complete sales process, from initial enquiry through to quoting, delivery, and follow up, ensuring every client experience is seamless and professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and tenders.
  • Follow up leads and enquiries promptly.
  • Manage client data and reporting through CRM systems.
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional activities.
  • Provide accurate administration support including reporting and forecasting.

About You

  • Proven account management and sales experience, ideally in a service-based or events-related business.
  • Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.
  • Team player with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Current driver's licence required.
