Join our client, a Nationwide industry leader in innovative, technology-backed business-to-business supply of uniforms and safety equipment.

We're seeking a Sales Team Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic team of 8 vibrant customer experience representatives. Reporting to the Company Director/CEO, this role is pivotal in driving exceptional service standards, achieving sales targets, and building lasting relationships with new developing key clients.

Candidates must have a minimum of 3-4 years of sales team management experience.

A minimum of 3-5 years of B2B sales experience is required for this position.

Experience in the uniforms or safety equipment industry is preferred.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership position where your ability to coach, motivate, and manage a team will shine. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensure time-critical supply chain activities run smoothly, with an objective to also manage a sales pipeline of your own. This role will empower a team to deliver a seamless client experience that feels more B2C than B2B while also being responsible for developing a national growth portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership & Sales Performance

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives.
  • Set and monitor individual and team KPIs to achieve revenue and service goals.
  • Provide training and support to enhance product knowledge and client engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and client experience.

Client Experience Oversight

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders and quotes.
  • Oversee stock reviews and lead time commitments.
  • Manage escalations and urgent client requests.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and resolve issues promptly.

Operational Excellence

  • Collaborate with admin and warehouse teams for smooth workflow.
  • Monitor WMS and CRM systems for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Report on team performance and identify growth opportunities.
