Sales Representative/Account Manager

Join Premium Floors, where passion meets purpose We're on the hunt for a dynamic sales superstar to join our Queensland Sales team as an Account Manager, focusing on our valued B2B clients in Queensland.
About the Role:
You'll be the driving force behind nurturing existing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our clients receive top-notch service. Reporting to the State Sales Manager (QLD), you will:
- Take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of B2B customers, ensuring their needs are met and relationships flourish.
- Dive deep into understanding client businesses, preferences, and goals, fostering long-lasting partnerships.
- Proactively seek out new sales avenues, manage the sales pipeline, and champion new product launches.
- Be the first point of contact for sales leads within your territory, maximising every opportunity.
This role covers the Brisbane CBD, areas north of the Brisbane River, the Sunshine Coast, and extends up to Rockhampton.
About You:
You're not just a salesperson; you're a relationship builder, with a proven track record of achieving sales objectives and KPI's. You bring:
- A passion for sales and a collaborative spirit.
- Exceptional communication skills to decipher client needs and forge lasting connections.
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to tailor solutions to diverse client requirements.
- Self-motivation, impeccable organisation, and a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM tools to drive business success.
While experience in the flooring or building industry is a plus, it's your drive and determination that we value most.
